At first glance, Dr. Syed Ullah comes across as a quiet, compassionate, circumspect man – someone not given to boasting or bragging.  It turns out that he doesn’t have to, as legions of patients have taken to the internet to review him and his practice in glowing terms.

“Dr. Syed was very thorough and made sure he addressed each and every concern I had and went over how to treat all of my symptoms.”

“I was very impressed with his manner and thorough nature of the visit. I would happily recommend him to others.”

“Dr. Syed is a caring professional with excellent diagnostic skills and a compassionate bedside manner.”

What makes him so revered by his patients? “A doctor has to act as a close confidant. It’s important to treat not only the physical, but the social and spiritual aspects of each patient. We are in a position of trust and it is vitally important that we are there for all of our respected patient’s needs,” said Dr. Syed.

Dr. Syed’s practice runs the gamut, care for adults through geriatric age. “While prevention for these varied patients is key to everything I do, I will admit that it is a joy to work with someone who has been scared or concerned about a problem. The unknown can be such a burden. To succeed in helping them regain peace of mind and good health is a wonderful experience,” observed Dr. Syed.

Dr. Syed provides a variety of care for patients of all ages and races, but freely admits that geriatric medicine has a special place in his heart. “I have always felt good providing healthcare to our seniors – frankly, it’s rewarding taking care of our elderly. I feel best when I’ve put a smile on their face. They have multiple problems, are often alone and I hope that by taking time and really listening, really talking with them, that I’ve reduced some of their burden and lifted their heart,” said Dr. Syed.

Dr. Syed received his medical degree from Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry and completed his residency training in 2011 at Wichita Falls Family Practice Residency Program, which is affiliated with the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

He is accredited by the American Board of Family Medicine and fluent in English, Russian, Hindi and Urdu.

He is married with two children (nine and five) and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to the beach and reading.
